Situated in Alresford, a picturesque Georgian town in the heart of the Hampshire countryside. Fully licensed under Winchester City Council, Alresford Dog Grooming & Home Boarding offers niche accommodation for dogs who prefer to stay in a loving home whilst their owners are away be it for a long weekend or a long holiday.  Alresford Dog Grooming & Home Boarding also offers day care for existing home boarding/grooming clients for those times when you simply cannot take your dog with you.

 

It is important that your dog's likes and habits are discussed prior to their visit in order that they can be treated in the manner in which they are accustomed.  They can choose where they sleep - they can join my dogs Alfie the Springer Spaniel and Baxter the Golden Retriever in the lounge at night if they wish or if they would prefer solitude they can cuddle up in the warm kitchen.  They can even curl up in a cosy little alcove under the stairs if that is their preference.

 

Countryside walks are a must in Hampshire and they will enjoy strolls across green fields, exploring woodland walks or a play in the park situated directly opposite our home. GPS tracker devices can be worn on their collar should your dog have a tendency to wander ensuring their safety at all time.  A warm outside shower is available for those days when it is very muddy or your four legged friend is partial to a roll in something unsavoury! A bath or full groom can be given, if requested, in my purpose built grooming studio so you can pick a sweet smelling, neat and tidy dog up on your return.

 

Their food will be offered to them as per your instructions and treats given accordingly.  They will not even know they are away from home!

 

I offer accomodation for a maximum of 2 dogs at any one time ensuring they receive the attention they deserve.  Whilst you are away I am very happy to email/WhatsAp photos in order that you can see how your four legged friend is getting along and see the fabulous time they are having!
